Wow, wow, wow … what a Strat that was!

I just wanted to say thank you again for your engagement and for making the event, what I feel was a huge success. I would also like to extend my personal congratulations to the winners of all the awards this year, who I hope will bask in the glory for the next 12 months whilst everyone will no doubt be snapping at your heels to take the crowns for 2020

I have attached a pdf of the slides from the day so you can refer to them or refresh your mind whenever needed, however I would appreciate it if you could reflect on slide 21 if nothing else to understand what you can do and are challenging yourself to contribute in order to make sure we address the areas we have identified as needing attention. Whilst some are not quick fixes, we don’t want to be guilty of making the same mistake again and I would be delighted if we can stand up next year and give it a big ‘Sinead tick’ against each one of those

I appreciate not everyone has intranet or work drive access at present so we will see what we can do to provide access to some of the photo’s and footage from the day in the coming week

Different time, different place but I can’t wait for the next one already, so let’s see if we can produce that special something that deserves a huge celebration and look to raise the bar again
