A huge thank you to our organisers, our speakers, the numerous helpers who chipped in before, during and after, which I know was much appreciated, and finally to everyone who came and participated to make the event so special. As I always say about our culture in good times and bad, it is not organisers or people at the top that create the positive energy and set the standard, it’s our people that demonstrate our values and lead the way in everything you do on a daily basis. I can honestly say, everyone was awesome!

It was great to see so many smiling faces and genuine joy as well as such a progressive perspective when already looking forward to the next challenge of how we can possibly top that. For now, let’s enjoy the present, enjoy the journey and use the bonds we have created to propel us forward to achieve something that we can look forward to celebrating next year. We can no doubt move those mountains and break those rocks but we will absolutely need to give it everything we’ve got!
